Marc Jacobs, who created the prêt-a-porter heritage of Louis Vuitton, looked no further for his inspiration than the 50s era of ultra Parisienne chic, the Parisian Streets. The Fall/Winter 2010 collection encompassed all the essential sophisticated ingredients to luxury, autumn, elegance and utter classic French-ness with an appreciation for details, with an accompanying collection of shoes and reinterpretations of Louis Vuitton’s classic “Speedy” bag. The fabulous show took place around the fountain at Cour Carrée du Louvre in Paris.
